Positions:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Conduct assessments such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, QABF, PDDBI, Vineland-3, and SRS-2. Create treatment plans based on the results of the assessments. Implement the treatment plan when doing direct service or supervise an RBT implementing the plan. Pair with families and clients to create a positive, professional relationship. Collaborate with parents and caregivers and conduct training regularly in strategies to support treatment plan goals.

Must be a licensed BCBA in the state of Virginia. Must have a BLS (basic life support) certification and be CPR trained with a dummy in a classroom. Must have experience working with children.

Registered Behavior Technician

Implement treatment plans written by the BCBA. Work closely with the BCBA to ensure treatment fidelity. Receive regular BCBA supervision and implement all recommendations. Pair with the family and client to create a positive, professional relationship. Take data and create graphs using electronic software.

Must be certified as a registered behavior technician and completed the 40 hour training course. Must have a bachelor’s degree and have at least 1 year of experience using applied behavior analysis.  Must have a BLS (basic life support) certification and be CPR trained with a dummy in a classroom.
