Supervision of Treatment at Positive Reinforcement

Clinical supervision of therapists is used to keep therapy on track, ensuring positive patient outcomes. This focuses on supervision of intervention implementation when services are provided by a registered behavior technician (RBT) instead of a BCBA. The BCBA ensures that RBT is following all teaching protocols, the child is progressing, and the parent is gaining the training and skills they need to support positive behavior changes outside of sessions.
