OUR STAFF

Our staff is made up primarily of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The BCBAs are master's level clinicians. In addition to obtaining a master's degree the BCBAs must complete extensive coursework in applied behavior analysis, obtain 1500 hours of supervision using the principles of ABA, and pass a board exam to demonstrate their competence.

Our clinicians are also licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and trained in CPR, basic life support (BLS), and crisis prevention (Safety care).
